Consider us the self-service of paid surveys. When you're bored, fill up on a few surveys. If you like it, come back and see us!

It's pretty simple. All you need is an email address to get started! Just enter your PayPal-enabled email address (privacy policy here) and we'll send you directly to a survey. Qualify for and complete the entire survey, and you'll earn cash!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register more than one account?
No, you may only register one account with us. If you change your email address, click here. Do not take our surveys using more than one email address at a time. We can detect this and we won't pay anyone who does.

How can I change my email address?
If your email address changes, let us know! Be sure to link your new email address to PayPal in order to be paid.

Can I take more than one survey per day?
Yes! You can complete as many surveys as you would like. You will be paid for each survey you complete. You can complete multiple surveys each day. Most of our surveys are valued at $1.00, hence DollarSurveys! Some partners of ours may not let you take more than 1 per day, so it is possible that a partner will tell you no. When that happens, just come back to DollarSurveys and we'll send you somewhere else. Your account will be credited for each survey that you complete, no matter how many you complete in a day.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a popular way to send and receive money online. You can send money between people, receive money from us, and transfer it to your bank account. We can't really tell you much more than that - for more information on PayPal, please click here and learn about them from their website.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?
You can register for one here. We only pay via PayPal, and we only pay it to the email address you provide to us. We are not able to offer payments via any other method. We will not send payments to a different email address other than the one you used to register with us. Please do not contact us about sending payments elsewhere or some other way. PayPal is the only way.

Is this worth it?
That's not a question for us, that's a question for you. Some surveys may take 5 minutes while others may take 25 minutes or more. We want for you to have fun taking surveys and to enjoy sharing your opinion. Although sometimes it may not seem like a lot for your time, the value of getting your thoughts out there can be worth so much more. And besides, most people take surveys when they're bored. So, it seems pretty win-win, doesn't it?

I completed a survey but didn't return back to DollarSurveys to confirm it.
Actually, that's okay. Not all of our partners have the ability to send you back to DollarSurveys. In those cases, you don't have to click a button to confirm anything. Just know, deep down, that you'll be seeing that survey credited within a week. Please don't be impatient! If you don't see it credited tomorrow or the next day, give us at least a week before asking about your account.

*It's been over a week and I haven't been credited. What gives?!
Our goal is to credit every survey within a day or two from the date you complete the study. In reality, it is very difficult to meet this goal for each and every survey. Some partners will take longer than a week to tell us the survey was completed. We also rely on PayPal and banks to cooperate in a timely fashion. There are circumstances where delays occur and we ask for some patience from our users when this occurs, especially during holidays. If it has been over a week and you have not seen a survey credited, let is know. After that, please see our missing payment form. In many cases, we will be able to tell you how much you are owed and when it should be available in your account.

I accidentally took a survey using the wrong email address. What do I do?
Don't do it again! We only pay using PayPal, and we only pay to the email you provide us. If you enter the wrong email and take a survey, you will not receive your payment. Luckily, it's usually only $1. Don't do it again!

I did not qualify for the survey. Why?
Our partners decide who qualifies and who does not. Unfortunately, there is never an easy answer to this question. Every survey is unique, and every researcher has their own requirements for who qualifies.

I want to cancel my account. How do I do that?
Really? Are you sure? We're just kidding. It's pretty simple actually. Just stop visiting. If you chose to receive our daily survey reminders, just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of them and we'll stop sending you email immediately.

I took a survey but didn't get paid. What do I do?
Contact us. We'll look into it. But we can't promise anything. We only pay for surveys that our partners report have been completed.

An error occured in the middle of the survey, will I still receive credit?
It depends on the survey. More than likely, if an error occurs in the middle of the survey and you are unable to complete it, you will not receive credit. We ask that you contact us about survey errors so we can trace the source down, but it is usually very difficult to track down individual surveys. If an error occurs, visit DollarSurveys and try a new one.

Someone else in our house wants to take surveys. Can they?
Yes, but they must use your account. Only one account is allowed per household. If you are not able to take surveys one day, someone in your household can take them for you.

Can I use a different email address for offers than I use for DollarSurveys?
Yes, but there are risks. We understand that it may not be ideal to use your PayPal email address for the offers you complete on our site. You are required to use your PayPal address on DollarSurveys, but you are not required to use this address for individual surveys/offers that we direct you to. However, if you use a different email address to complete an offer, it must be a valid email or you won't be paid. Also, if the offer fails to track for any reason, we will be unable to research it for you. You must be willing to accept this risk if you choose to use an email other than your PayPal email address when completing offers or surveys on our partner websites.

I took a survey but did not get a confirmation page. Will I be paid?
That's okay! Even if you don't see a "survey complete" page, we will still know whether or not you completed the survey. There is no need to contact us about this. You will see your account balance change within a day or two.

I haven't been credited yet! What do I do?
You must wait at least 7 days before you contact us regarding a survey that has not been credited. Some surveys take less time to report while others may take longer. Please be patient and only take as many surveys as you feel comfortable taking before receiving payment. Please do not contact us about uncredited surveys if you have not waited at least 7 days. We will not respond to requests for surveys completed less than 7 days ago.

My DollarsSurveys account history says I've been paid, but I don't see any payments in my PayPal history.
Once a payment is shown in your account history as being paid that means we have sent those funds to your PayPal account. Funds not showing up in your PayPal can be caused by PayPal denying our payment to you because your PayPal account is limited. You can tell if your PayPal account is a limited account by logging into http://wwww.paypal.com, a message will display similar to below saying that your account is limited.

DollarSurveys cannot send money to limited PayPal accounts because those accounts are disabled from receiving funds. Some common reasons why a PayPal account can become limited:
-Size of withdrawals
-Some proxies & IPs of unsupported countries
-Too Many refunds/chargebacks
-Amount of money going through account
-Credit/debit card that does not check out

If your PayPal account is limited, DollarSurveys will not be able to send you funds. Contact PayPal to get your account removed from limited status. Once your PayPal account is back in normal status, future DollarSurveys payments will be sent to your account without issue.

When will I be paid
If you registered before May of 2013, then your payments will arrive within a week from taking the survey. If you registered after May of 2013, then your payment will be sent within 7 days from the date that you request a payment from your account page. Once you earn $30 with us, you will be able to request a payment.
